Absolutely no parties and smoking are permitted on our premises. To ensure compliance, we have implemented extensive security measures including outdoor cameras, video doorbells, as well as noise, smoke, and party crowd event detectors within each property. Any violation of these rules, resulting in the activation of any detector, will lead to immediate eviction without the option of a refund. We extend courtesy and respect to all our guests and expect the same in return for our properties.
Charges and penalties:
1. Early check-in(1:30 pm)— 80$ (after the request is approved - not guaranteed).
Late check-out - 25$ each 30min. after 10 am.
2. Parking on the driveway the first time- fine 150 $, the second time tow a car at the expense of the owner.
We have a tight entrance to the garage but all big SUV without roof rack will fit.
Garage entry size is W- 7,6ft H- 7ft. Be informed.
3. We are a residential, not commercial building. Doing commercial business - 300$ fine and immediate cancelation without any refund.
4. You can make changes to your arrival/departure dates only in the direction of decreasing within the first 48 hours after booking or up to 30 days before the arrival date.
5. We do not offer the option to receive letters or parcels during your stay.
6. No parties allowed. Fine 1000$ and immediate cancellation without any refund.
7. Smoking in an inappropriate place on the property or in the house- 700$ fine. Second time- cancellation of the booking.
8. Pets are not allowed. Penalty 1500$.
9. Using the Jacuzzi at night, after working hours(9 am-10pm) fine 250$.
10. Violation of quiet hours (10 pm-9 am) fine 250$.
