His ideas and taste of beauty are perfectly recreated in this country house, where nature and modern design are in perfect harmony. This house has been published also on a famous interior design magazine. The green area of "La Rocchetta" where the house is located is a peaceful place on the hills of Lerici. You will feel immediately in love with this beautiful country house. The house is on two floors, with access from a terrace with table, chairs and a stove where you may cook also outside. The view is on the garden with pool. The pool will be shared with the owners family from june till middle of september. Don’t worry for your privacy, the family of the owner will add something special to your holiday rather than being a problem. At the ground floor you have a kitchen, living room, bathroom and a double bed room with a nice view on the garden. On the second floor there is a large white and romantic double bed room and a fantastic modern bathtub that add something very special to the space. There is space for four persons and a baby. The last 100mt of the street is a non-paved gravel road with unevenness in the road surface, so please make sure to use a vehicle (like a 4-wheel drive) which is fine to drive on this road.
