Living room with relaxed leather furnishings and dining area with seating for 6 at front of the home; Roku Smart TV (guests' will need to provide their own logins for subscription-based channels,) direct lanai access through the sliding glass doors in the sitting room.
Well-equipped kitchen with upgraded stainless-steel appliances, granite counters, eating bar with barstool seating, and breakfast nook with table for 4. Cookware, dinnerware and many small electrical appliances and kitchen tools provided including a Keurig coffeemaker.
Split floor plan with master suite and guest bedroom on opposites sides of the home, allowing privacy for guests.
Primary suite enjoys a view of the lanai and direct access through large sliding glass doors. Other features include a king bed, wall mounted Roku TV with streaming channels, ceiling fan and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom offers a double sink vanity, walk-in shower and a relaxing jetted bathtub.
2nd guest bedroom has a queen bed, Smart TV with streaming channels, ceiling fan, direct lanai access and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower that doubles as a pool bath that opens to the lanai.

Enviable Gulf access canal frontage waterfront has a tiki hut with seating and hammock. There is a captain's walk dock as well, where you may tie up a boat up to 24'. Please note, the owner's boat and lift is not for guest use.
