Escape your busy life to find solitude in this Historic private 3,444 sf home nestled on 2.5 acres. Each room has been turned into its own beautiful suite and rented separately. This bedroom has a shared bathroom in hallway that rests on the second floor and has private access from inside the home. Originally built by Pole Mason Coussons (banker) and his wife Carrie A Nethery Coussons in 1910, the manor is completely immersed by astounding views, and it’s difficult to not feel you found the perfect getaway!
Bedroom is 235 sf plus 42 sf shared bathroom. We hope you feel welcome and relaxed!
Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the bedroom and may enjoy full use of shared outdoor amenities as well. Beautifully upgraded and fully furnished throughout, this shared five bedroom home includes a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, including stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Bedroom is well furnished with beautiful new crisp linens, pillows and bed coverings for the queen size bed frame. Spacious living room with seating areas, sun room with seating and dining table perfect for relaxing. Bathroom located down the hall and only shared if the 3rd bedroom is occupied. It includes bathrobes and Beekman 1802 toiletries. Outdoor patio with astounding views, seating and swinging bench. Smart 40" HDTV in bedroom, large closet, original tongue and grove wood walls, coffee pods and mugs in room with coffee maker in hallway, free onsite parking and private access.
