A hidden gem in Greenville, this home is a few minutes drive to Downtown. It's located in a nice and safe neighborhood between Dallas, Plano & Addison, best LOCATION. This luxurious home comes with sunroom, heated pool & spa, grill, bar, billiard table, mini golf, darts and custom mural for pictures. This home will have all the amenities you need (fully stocked coffee bar, big screen TVs with Netflix, Hulu, HBOMAX, High-Speed WiFi). We have high quality mattresses, beddings, and premium towels.
Welcome to our Mid-Century Modern home, this large home will entertain any kind of group. Walking out to the patio you can enjoy our heated pool at anytime of the year, take pictures with our custom glow in the dark mural of the wings of Dallas Skylight, BBQ, or play a game or two of mini golf. Our patio has built in speaker that is Bluetooth enable from living room receiver so you can pair it with any smart devices.
Enjoy our custom game room that is packed with pool table, Darts, Big Screen TV (70"), bar & stools, and leather sofa with recliners.
Indoor you will find a large dining and breakfast table. Across the kitchen you can enjoy your coffee or beverages in the sunroom. Our cozy living room will have a big screen TV (70") for guests to enjoy with a modern fireplace.
Parking: 2 cars on driveway (behind garage), and 4 parking spots in front of house. Please do not park on neighbor house at anytime. Your cars will be tow without warning.
***Please note: Pool may be heated for an additional charge ($150/day); but MUST be requested at time of booking.
Pets will be an additional charge ($200/stay) and must be requested at the time of booking.
Events are allowed but no more than 16 guests inside our property.
Cameras at the front and garage are for security purposes. But none of them inside or by the pool for guest’s privacy.
Quiet hours is after 11.30pm. If loud music or noice bother our neighbors and they call local police due to disturbing, ALL guests will be evicted from the house immediately with out refund.
