Middle Cay is a 2-acre private island located 5 minutes from Harbour Island, Eleuthera. It is a quick 45-minute plane ride from Florida. Airport Code is ELH. American, United, Delta all fly into this airport. Once you land you can be on our private island in less than 15 minutes. From there, our boat captains will take you to Harbour Island anytime you like.
Our island is home to two open-concept villas with picturesque Caribbean views from every room, making Middle Cay ideal for multi-family getaways and group vacations. The island's breathtaking appeal, vibrant wildlife, heated pool, private beach, and convenient location will leave you with an unforgettable luxury experience.
The estate boasts lush tropical greenery as palm and coconut trees decorate the private beachfront, pool overlooking the ocean, multiple lounge spaces, outdoor dining area, beach volleyball court, and 2 private docks. The crystal-clear warm waters make it easy to spot bright tropical fish, and maybe even a sea turtle or two. Our linens are the highest quality European cooling sheets made with Giza cotton. All toiletries are from Hermès.
We are committed to making your stay as seamless and special as possible. Our staff will arrange for your travel between the island and the airport (~15 min total duration). Our housekeeper will provide daily light touch housekeeping (4 hours) and do your laundry.
We have two captains on staff and two boats, a 34 ft intrepid and a 22 ft pursuit. Our captains will take you to Harbour Island, 5 minutes away, with its famous shopping, restaurants, beach, and night life, as often as you would like, any time of the day or night. (Boat fuel is an extra charge.)
We have 3 kayaks, 3 paddle boards, 3 under water scooters, snorkeling equipment, and more. All of these activities are included as part of your stay on our island.

Summary: It is hard to describe what a wonderful place Middle Cay is. Our family of 13 (8 adults and 5 children ages 5-8) just spent the best week ever there. This island offers everything but especially Mother Nature in all of her glory. The accommodations were perfect, when in the main house you felt like you were on a boat. The staff was excellent, the food delicious and having the boat was a major plus. The children went out on it every day, Vincent (the captain) took them to so many special places, swimming with turtles, swimming with stingrays, snorkeling on shipwrecks, tubing and just finding starfish. On the island we kayaked with a manatee and sea turtles. The little ones caught lizards and had hermit crab races. I feel like I have only touched the surface of this amazing island. Sonal, the owner is great to work with! There were lots of tears when it was time to leave, we all wanted to stay forever! Memories of a lifetime
