The Space:
The second floor offers a wrap-around deck that provides the most amazing views of the sunset and fireworks that often fill the Newport skies. The front lawn provides a great space for entertainment with a large wrap-around deck facing the water inclusive of a dining area, lounge furniture, a convenient outdoor shower, and a beautiful landscape.
With over 5,200 sqft of living area, 8 beautiful bedrooms, four full bathrooms and two half bathrooms this home can sleep up to 16 guests. This home consists of a 7-bedroom main house and an attached, but private master suite with water views. An additional master en-suite can be found in the main house. The lawn area is fenced in and provides a contained area for children to play while the adults relax!

Summary: My niece thought we should celebrate my 80th birthday with the family who live around the area. She found this house. Then we found the house came with a chef, if desired. So the plans were set in motion. The house was awesome and room for all of us to visit. Simone was outstanding and our meals fantastic. It was a long weekend we all will remember fondly.
