Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort features dazzling swimming pools and hot tubs, more than seven miles of beaches and pristine bay frontage, a modern fitness center, four championship golf courses, 15 world-class tennis courts, a sizable marina and spa.
The Village of Baytowne Wharf is 5 minute walk and offers shopping, dining, and family friendly entertainment.
Everything on the resort property is accessible by walking or bicycle. The entire resort is interconnected by miles of pedestrian and bike and paths that weave through groves of live oaks, natural lagoons, fountains, lakes, and of course beautiful golf courses. For beach lovers, the complimentary tram will take you straight to entrance of our world famous, white sandy beach! There is also ample parking at the resort's beach entrance.
Getting Around:
Getting around is so easy! Walk, bike, or dive to explore everything that makes Sandestin special. There is ample parking everywhere on the resort as well as at the beach.

We permit pets on a case-by-case basis for a $250 non-refundable fee. This is added to the price of your reservation after booking, but please inquire for additional details!
✧ NO SMOKING ✧
This is a non-smoking condo, so we kindly ask all our guests to refrain from smoking on the premises.
✧ GUEST VERIFICATION ✧
Local regulations require us to verify your identity prior to check in. We do this with a simple check in form where you input a government issued ID. Don’t worry, your information is encrypted and always stored securely.
✧ EARLY CHECK IN/LATE CHECKOUT ✧
If we can accommodate, we include check-ins as early as 1pm and checkouts as late as 1pm with your reservation. For additional flexibility, we offer earlier/later times at $29/hour. If you have members of your party arriving a day early or staying a day late, we can accommodate them at a reduced rate as well :)
✧ ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE INSURANCE ✧
Things happen…so every reservation is covered by our $3,000.00 accidental damage insurance policy at no additional charge!
✧ DEPOSIT ✧
We require a credit card on file (from your booking platform) for a $1,000 damage/vandalism deposit. This is reflected either 1. transparently to you on your booking platform or 2. as a soft authorization hold on your card which is released after checkout (exactly like hotels do).
✧ SANITIZATION [COVID-19] ✧
We ALWAYS treat our homes like high-end hotels with dedicated cleaning staff and quality assurance checks because cleanliness is so important to a great stay! With the addition of COVID-19, the heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are even more in the spotlight. For these reasons, we use strict disinfection protocol after every stay.
