Summary: Great for family gathering with easy access to Niagara Falls...and everything just worked! (not always the case with vaca homes)! Adults appreciated recently upgraded main level with open kitchen and large dining. Kids 5-11yrs loved the attic level playroom; low ceilings and beds -- small mattresses on floor -- not suitable for adults but great for kids. Bedroom level is very tight, not much room around beds to walk or for suitcases, but many sleeping configurations and comfortable mattresses. Bathrooms also small, but showers nice and everything clean and worked properly. Hot tub worked great and protected from sun, pool clean and not freezing, outdoor covered seating w/fire table all nice, great grill. Good size yard with old-school playset; plastic axe throwing set was a big hit for all ages. 5min walk to a few good restaurants, 10mins to crazy main streets, 15-20mins to main falls viewing though a bit hilly. Deck/outdoor stairs need some repairs. Neighbor's yard strong smell of chickens/ducks when downwind, but most days fine. Otherwise, no complaints, recommended!
