This luxury penthouse is located on the fourth, top floor of one of the two buildings of the small-scale apartment complex Resort Silvretta. It is only approx. 600 m from the valley station of the gondola (Zamang Bahn) with connection to the Silvretta Montafon ski area. The small-scale center of Schruns is 2 km. (walking distance), 3.6 km. by car. The spacious and comfortable penthouse is furnished in an attractive way. The living room has a TV and the open kitchen is equipped with luxury appliances such as a dishwasher and an oven. Due to the large windows, you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding mountain world from these rooms. There are three bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. The two other bedrooms each feature single box-spring beds, which could or could not be in a 2-person setup. In the second bathroom, you will find a walk-in shower. Here you can relax after a day on the slopes or a nice walk. Outside, there is a spacious balcony with garden furniture and that same view. There is parking for one car in the parking garage. You reach your apartment from this garage by elevator or by stairs. You can store your ski equipment in the shared ski storage room. There is also a lockable bicycle shed. Resort Silvretta has a total of 13 apartments for five to fourteen people.
