The two levels of the home provide ample space for enjoyment. The top-floor great room features a massive living room with a cozy fireplace and a wagon wheel chandelier. The kitchen includes a farm sink, stainless steel appliances, an island with breakfast bar seating for five, and a dining table for eight. A nearby office offers expansive views of Wasatch Back and Mount Timpanogos, and includes a queen sofa bed.
Seven bedrooms accommodate large family reunions or corporate retreats. The main bedroom on the top level has a king bed, two twin sofa chairs, and a telescope for viewing Lake Creek in Heber Valley. The ensuite includes twin vanities, a shower, a cobalt blue soaking tub, and a walk-in closet. The remaining bedrooms are downstairs, centered around a large lounging space with billiards, foosball, Ms. Pac-Man, and a plush sectional around a TV. Children can enjoy a playhouse nook under the stairs. The patio space and hot tub are also available. Three bunk rooms offer ample ensuite options, with one featuring a queen over queen bunk, and two others with a queen bed, twin bunk, and trundle. An additional room has a queen bed.
The unique lock-off space includes a second living room and kitchen, plus two bedrooms: one with a king bed and balcony access, and the other with a queen bed. This home is well-appointed and designed to create lasting memories.

- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
