As you step into the house through the pillared foyer you have a view of the open plan family area with large TV, DVD player and coffee table. There is also an extra seating area which has 2 sofas and a coffee table which looks onto the secluded pool through the large patio doors onto the deck. To the right there is the dining area which is perfect for entertaining and comfortably seats 6.
The well stocked kitchen area is open plan and is fully equipped with all modern appliances. There is also a casual dining breakfast area with table and chairs overlooking the private pool area.
The master bedroom is large with a king bed, walk in closets and beautiful furnishings, there is a large en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and tub together with a double vanity. The bedroom also benefits from a private entrance to the pool area
