The Space:
Casa de Arte – a luxury holiday villa – is an ideal home for 6 guests and comprises of a well-appointed two-story building surrounded by lush gardens and a large private pool – which is just for you – with pool loungers. Casa de Arte sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms (2 double, one twin). There are 2 full set of bathrooms. The double en-suite bedroom upstairs (bed 150 x 200cm) features doors that open to the huge terrace with mountain view. On the same floor there is a front balcony with wide sea view. Both balconies promise endless moments with breathtaking panoramic views - across the vast green meadows - on one side to the sea, on the other side to the mountains.
This historic modern villa with private pool offers a unique combination of restored original features with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and bathrooms, and the latest technological features, Bosch oven and fridge. You will find basics such as dishwashing liquid, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. The kitchen has two sinks, which can be helpful for a kosher vacation.
Large windows let the daylight in, which beautifully floods the interior area including the spacious living room to enjoy with your family or to have a great time with your friends. In the living room there is a fireplace and of course also the Air Condition can be used to heat the place. A/C is of course free to use for cooling as well as for heating.
Outside, a shaded terrace with sitting and dining furnishings is available for outdoor living throughout the day.
The villa boasts a privileged, extremely quiet and private location on a slope with grand views of the gorge and sea view. Inside, the villa features a successful combination of traditional elements and comfy, furnishings. Large windows let the surrounding beauty flood the interior spaces.
Downstairs there's another twin bedroom (both beds 90 x 200cm) and a guest double bedroom (bed 150 x 200cm) as well as patio doors guiding you to the outside terrace and the private pool.
All beds will be covered for you with white bed linen and of course there will also be white towels for you.
There is also a high chair and a baby cot. (Please bring your own bed linen only for the baby cot, as we provide bed linen for all other beds.)
Not only the whole villa is at your disposal. You can take a walk through the well worth seeing village, visit the local taverns and wineries, have a look at the sights nearby (like the Aphrodite’s rock, which is only 12 min drive or the Paphos Archaeological Site with its famous mosaics, which is 20 min drive away), chill in the spacious living room or at the pool, have a sunbath on the wide terrace, or even take a swim in your private pool.
The villa has fast wifi which easily reaches the pool area. You will also find a big fig tree near the pool area, which might provide you with fresh figs during the season.
Guest Access:
Access to the house is by entering a code at the key-box on the left side of the front door. Inside of this key-box you will find the key.
If you arrive by car, you can drive up the gravel-covered dirt road (which goes up quite steeply for about 30 meters just to the left of the property) and then turn right (through the gate) and park under the carport.

It combines the best of Cypriot rural life and proximity to Paphos world heritage site with beaches, restaurants, nightlife and kids activities of the surrounding area. Also Aphrodite Hills Golf Course is only 13 min drive.
Especially the famous Mediterranean Restaurant Olivio is situated only 300 m away from you.
The villa is just 12 kilometers east of Paphos with the nearest sandy beach only six kilometers away. Paphos airport is just a 13 minutes’ drive and Limassol is 45 minutes ride by car away.

Other Things to Note:
Your private pool will be maintained twice a week: Every Monday and Thursday between 8h and 8:30h am. Also the garden will be maintained once a week – every Saturday between 9h and 11h am.
For this reason there will be the responsible craftsman entering the property and working independently. You do not have to do anything.
Neither the pool, nor the stairs or sockets are equipped with child safety devices, railings or other safety mechanisms. Especially the safety for children is the responsibility of the guests.
As the private pool is an outdoor pool, it has to be treated with chemicals like chlorine on regular basis. As these chemicals might react with any body lotion or sun lotion which might be on the skin, it’s necessary to shower not only after using the pool but also before using it.
