This 1400 square foot 2 BED, 2 BATH + DEN condo is tastefully decorated with coastal inspired touches throughout. It is a peaceful retreat where you can lose track of time while relaxing on the covered, screened-in lanai whether it be watching an endless stream of boats leaving the marina & heading out into the intercoastal waterway, kayakers exploring the mangroves with manatees & dolphins playing nearby or perhaps, you'll try to complete the Audubon's checklist of Florida birds that you're spotted while birdwatching.
As guests walk through the front door of Boca Vista by the Sea, they immediately see the breathtaking water views through the wall of sliding glass doors that expand the width of the entire living room. This recently updated, open concept condo features tiled floors throughout, an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, pull-out pantries, plenty of cabinets and almost everything that you'll need to prepare a meal & entertain (except for the ingredients, of course).

The sofa seen in the photo is not a pull-out sofa. In the future, this area will be converted into a closed off bedroom but until that time, this is not considered a bedroom or sleeping area.
The primary bedroom has the same magnificent waterfront views & a sliding glass door providing direct access to the screened waterfront lanai. Guests can take in these beautiful views & enjoy their morning coffee & a good book or wind down their day with a glass of wine as the sun is just beginning to set while watching boats return to the marina with their catch of the day.
This bedroom is furnished with an ocean inspired, king sized platform bed, two nightstands, full size dresser & a wardrobe for clothing storage. It also features a newly updated, en suite bathroom with a pocket door that separates the two rooms for additional privacy. The bathroom is equipped with a vanity, dual sinks & mirrors, large, tiled, walk-in shower and a linen closet. A private water closet for the toilet is separated from the rest of the bathroom with it's own pocket door.
The second bedroom is located on the opposite end of the condo, which offers privacy from the main living area. This bedroom is furnished with coastal furniture including a king sized bed with a brand new mattress, two nightstands & a closet to store your items. This bedroom is located next to the main bathroom & laundry. The main bathroom is spa-inspired, featuring a deep soaking tub with a shower and a vanity with sink & mirror. To create even more privacy, there is a pocket door that separates this entire bedroom/bathroom/laundry area from the rest of the condo making it a second private suite.
