Positive: Location was good, nice hotel. Room was cold but heater was provided within 10 minutes of asking. Reception a d bar staff very welcoming and friendly.
Negative: Man vled Robert in Winchester Restaurant was very rude to customers and spoke down rudely to waiting staff. Customer had almost finished her meal and was awaiting drinks order. When asked for her drink or some water was told ,,"wait i am not bar staff" then stormed off. Was disgusted by his rudeness.
Summary: Nice over night stay, other than restaurant rudeness. Would still recommend hotel.
