What is incredible about this house is the location and the magnificent ocean views and big back yard and decks. The roof top deck has 365 degree views of ocean/ First Easton beach , Easton pond ,cliff walk and beautiful sunsets. It would be hard to find a house like this anywhere. It is so close to everything . Since this home has 3 kitchens and three separate living areas that are all connected it is superb for wedding parties, reunions etc. . It is across from Easton Beach in Newport and has 365 degree views of ocean and Newport's cliff walk.

No large parties other than the guests in the house and maybe 3 or 4 visitors.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Easton's Beach. Our large group of 16 was comfortable and having more than one kitchen was really helpful. The house was sunny and bright, decorated in a fun, beachy theme. The location was terrific - close enough to walk into Newport to do the Cliff Walk and Bellevue Ave. We visited at the end of the shoulder season, so we were lucky to get to Flo's Crab Shack - a short walk from the house - on its last open weekend. The owner was very helpful and gracious with questions we had after our stay, including how to get some luggage that was left behind. A great spot for a large group!
