Cozy apartment located in the centre of Bordeaux, near the Cathedral in the City Hall district. The apartment is in excellent condition, recently renovated and furnished with care. It is an apartment with old features (solid parquet, high ceilings) located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of a small very quiet condominium. It is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with large double bed 160x200cm, a large living room with sofa corner and dining room, the kitchen is separate and fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, kettle , coffee machine, nespresso). Separate toilet and office area. The living room and the kitchen overlook an interior courtyard (glass roof) while the 2 bedrooms overlook the street (semi pedestrian street with very little traffic).
