Cook and serve your meals out of the equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops and dark cabinetry. The open concept allows you to see the incredible views of the water from almost anywhere in the condo. Step out and enjoy the breeze on the spacious, enclosed lanai from either the living area or master bedroom.
After a busy day in the sun, settle in for the night. The master bedroom contains a King bed and an attached bathroom, while the second has a queen bed. New carpet throughout December 2022. Enjoy a number of amenities this community offers, including heated pools, tennis and pickleball courts. Just a short drive to Marco or Downtown Naples, you will always find something to do! Whether you enjoy dining and shopping or boating and fishing, the options are endless. Parking space is just outside your unit for your convince. READ MINUMUM RESERVATION IS REQUIRED FOR APPROVAL BY OWNER: Monthly rentals require a 90 day minimum reservation in season; January, February & March. If you place a reservation for less than 90 days without preapproval, we will not accept the reservation.
