Welcome to our beautiful, stone-built family home, located in the countryside at La Renaumière in the commune of Gennes-sur-glaize, about 10 minutes from Château-Gontier and 30 minutes from Laval.
With a surface area of 200m², the house can comfortably accommodate 10 people, and boasts a beautiful shared exterior with a communal swimming pool, covered and naturally heated under a dome.
Ideal for a quiet break in the heart of nature.
PLEASE NOTE: the property extends over a 7-hectare plot, with only 1 hectare available for our tenants.

🔹A bedroom consisting of a bunk bed, desk, armchair and some children's books.
🔹A bedroom consisting of a Queen-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, 2 armchairs and a wardrobe. This room has direct access to the garden.
🔹A bathroom with bath and shower, basin and storage unit, towel dryer and WC.
🔹Independent WC.
Second floor:
🔹Three adjoining bedrooms each with a Queen Size bed (160x200) as well as sofas, armchairs, closets, cupboards, desk and desk chair, small coffee tables.
🔹A shower room with shower, double basins, storage unit, towel dryer and WC (+ hairdryer)

🔹A spacious shared garden with garden furniture and barbecue
🔹 A shared swimming pool (open daily from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm)
