☾♬♪ - This home is in a family-friendly residential neighborhood – Neighbors are not to be disturbed, especially during quiet hours. Please note this is NOT a party house. No additional guests are allowed in or near the property at any time. Please consider another listing if you want to entertain during your vacation
⏱ - Strictly enforced noise curfew from 10PM-9AM daily

[◉"] - No commercial use of the property including personal services, photo or video shoots, or other business use
⮕ - Flexible check-in allows our guests to arrive as early as 11:30AM when we do not have another guest departing the same day. When another guest is departing the same day, bag drop-off is fine but the maid will need time to clean before check-in
⮕ - Due to the extra liability of early check-in or late check-out, there might be a slight extra fee based on certain circumstances
⌧ - Guests must allow our tech to service the pool and jacuzzi if the scheduled date coincides with your reservation
ᶻ𝗓𐰁 - We try to keep our bed count and other amenities as accurate as possible but sometimes the amenities or smaller beds, like the Ottoman pull-out sleepers, get moved from one property to another. If you arrive at a property and an amenity or bed is missing, please let us know right away and we will bring over whatever is needed
𐂷 - If you do not inform us about a missing amenity, we will not be able to help and refunds will not be given
♨ - We do our best to keep propane tanks full. But there is a chance that the propane tank for a barbecue or fire pit might be empty. If this is the case, we kindly ask the guests to go to a nearby gas station to swap out the tanks and then we will refund them the cost of the purchase
☀ - We do our best to keep pool and/or spas/jacuzzis in top-notch condition and very clean. However, sometimes issues arise. Hosts will do their best to address an issue with the pool and/or spa in a timely manner but will not be responsible for refunding guests if these issues arise
彡 - Due to the constant use of this house, scuffs, scratches, and stains may exist within the house that is not photographed. We repaint and replace items often but not between every guest
𓆣ִ - Lastly, critters and small animals exist outside and in the yard. Maids, maintenance, and pest control do their best to prevent these critters and small animals from entering houses or garages. Please make sure all doors are closed and not left open. If you do encounter spider webs or critters inside of the house, please notify us and we will send maids right away to address any issues. Refunds will not be given for circumstances involving critters, spiderwebs,etc...
⚠ - During your visit, you may encounter our diligent team members tending to various tasks around the property, such as pool maintenance, gardening, and trash disposal. They play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our facilities for your enjoyment
✦ For the electric jacuzzi: if it doesn't work during your stay - the host is not held liable for it
✦ Heated pool fee: $150 - $200 (depending on the property)
