FIRST FLOOR (Sleeps up to 11)
The lower level comprises 3 inviting bedrooms: a master bedroom theater suite with a queen bed, a bedroom featuring 2 full beds, and another bedroom boasting 1 full bed alongside a set of bunk beds.
The master bedroom theater suite provides an industrial-grade theater experience — so get ready for movie nights with popcorn! Complete with a queen bed, private full bathroom, expansive cozy sofa, chaise lounge, and versatile hang-out spaces, this area is tailor-made for family movie nights or catching the latest game. Additionally, enjoy direct access to the pool and back porch-deck, allowing you to relish fresh air or take a leisurely dip at your convenience. The second bedroom offers 2 full beds accommodating 4 guests, abundant natural light, and a functional desk workspace. The third bedroom accommodates 2 guests with 1 full bed and offers a kid-friendly bunk bed set for 2 more. Both bedrooms provide direct entry to a well-appointed full-sized bathroom located in the shared hallway.
SECOND FLOOR (Sleeps up to 4)
The second floor has 2 bedrooms — 1 master bedroom with 1 king bed and 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed, both sharing a master bathroom (both with stunning lake views & sunsets!).
The master bedroom is furnished with a large work desk, perfect for remote work, a plush king-size bed with plenty of pillows & blankets to ensure the ultimate comfy experience. In the second bedroom, you'll find a spacious queen-size bed and a dedicated reading nook to enjoy your favorite book. Both upstairs bedrooms share a luxurious master bathroom with 2 sinks, a steam shower, and an extra-wide freestanding bathtub with a large window overlooking the Texas scenery. Both bedrooms have large entries to a big balcony with breathtaking lake views; just walk outside and sip your coffee!

GROUND LEVEL: Our living room features a large sectional sofa (very nap-worthy!), built-in sofa lounge, large coffee table, a fireplace for the holiday season, plenty of beautiful natural light, and an industrial projector & screen! Our coffee table is perfect for your favorite family board game or puzzle. Grab the snacks and your favorite 80’s movie — our living room transforms into your personal movie theater every night!
GROUND LEVEL: The second floor features our spacious balcony furnished with cozy seating, providing the perfect vantage point to enjoy breathtaking views of the Texas sunset over Lake Travis! The back balcony faces our lush Texas trees while overlooking all the backyard social zones. (get your playlist ready!)
The outside: Directly outside the living room is the covered patio area that includes 1 outdoor stainless steel gas grill & 1 outdoor stainless steel gas flat top griddle — perfect for grilling burgers after a long day at the lake. The backyard deck serves as both a social hub and a yoga space shaded by our lovely trees. Just steps away are the fire pit, hot tub, and pool. Put on some groovy music, take a dip, and dry off near the cozy fire. (don't forget the marshmallows!)
KITCHEN + DINING
Ground level: The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the appliances and amenities you’d find at home, including a coffee maker, dish washer, and the double-door fridge (+extra full fridge) with plenty of room for your vacation groceries. The kitchen also has a breakfast table plus a marble-top bar giving extra room for prepping, eating, and socializing. The dining area features an 8-person dining table for your group feasts, and our pop-up yard + patio tables are ideal for your post-lake brunch — yee-haw!
2nd level: Yep, we have a micro-kitchen on the second floor! It’s fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, sink, granite counters, and plenty of extra storage space for groceries & snacks. Get your morning brew and watch the sunrise on the balcony. (it’s only steps away for those midnight cravings!)

We will allow up to 2 pets to stay on the property for the duration of your rental, applicable fees will apply. Registered service animals are permitted with no extra charge.
