The residence affords 1200 square ft. of interior living space and can sleep up to 7 guests. It has a king size bed in the primary bedroom and a queen convertible sofa sleeper in the living room. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed as well as a twin loveseat pullout. The primary bedroom, living room, and balcony are all treated to oceanfront views.
Enjoy the convenience of a well-appointed gourmet kitchen with CeasarStone countertops, stainless steel Bosch appliances, custom wood cabinetry, and a full assortment of high quality dinnerware and cutlery. The residence also features an ensuite washer and dryer.
