No noise, music, yelling, can be heard past property lines.
You are required to sign a contract with the city of Big Bear Lake must print and bring with you to cabin.
Must sign rental document, with all bookings there is a vetting process, drivers license and more.
Any VIOLATION of these that result in a code officer or sheriff coming, will result in immediate eviction from the officer a fine by officer and no refund.
We want your stay to be amazing and anticipate no issues. We just want to be upfront about the new rules.

This is a great place for families traveling with kids. The upstairs has 2 large bunk rooms each with an additional trundle (so can sleep up to 6 kids if they have their own bed or more if they share the double bunks). One of the rooms has a neat old school arcade machine that the kids loved with a loft for them to hang out upstairs and their own bathroom. Downstairs the master is a great private retreat for the tired parents. The master bath has a great tub for soaking after a long day skiing. All around great place!

A wonderful cabin to enjoy the outdoors and beautiful mountains. The decor to the awesome jacuzzi was everything our family could have wanted for our weekend snow trip.

Was a lovely time with family for a early Christmas. House accommodation for the six of us was perfect. Really enjoyed the hot tub and fire place. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. Will stay again if ever in Big Bear.
