Summary: Overall this was a very nice stay and we had a great family vacation. There was plenty of rooms and bathrooms, lots of seating in the kitchen/living area, and outdoor space to play in the snow. The personal hot tub was great. The game room was just ok [the balls for the basketball were flat (no pump) and the ping pong balls were also crushed and hard to use.]The other improvement I would recommend is communication- this was a bit off. We reached out before the stay to see if the e-bikes would be there (never heard back, they were not). We still had not received address/check in instructions the night before, I messaged them and then didn't receive it until we were due to leave. We also realized there was no coffee filters when we woke up- I messaged right away (coffee is essential!) and while they said they would be dropped off, I had to message 2 more times, and then were not brought until the next morning. The oven is also very picky- we would only get it to turn on about 50% of the time, something i noted in another review.
