Hosting gatherings or events is not permitted. I kindly request that you treat my home with the same consideration and care as you would your own, ensuring the unit is returned in its original condition, excluding laundry and general housekeeping.
Please be mindful of my neighbours by refraining from excessive noise after hours. Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, or vaping) is strictly prohibited within the suite. Checkout time is at 11 am. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
For travellers arriving at Toronto Pearson International Airport, I highly recommend utilizing the UP Express train for your journey into the city. It is a 15-minute ride to Bloor Station and there is free wifi on board. From Bloor Station, my building is just a short cab or Uber ride away. Or if you prefer walking, it is 13 minute. It’s super convenient and you’ll avoid highway traffic!
There is an LA Fitness gym a few blocks away. You can go online to their website and get a few free workout passes. There are also other boutique gyms and pilates/yoga studios in the area. Also a short walk to High Park.
Given the area's pedestrian-friendly environment and the availability of public transit right outside the door, a car is not essential. This neighbourhood is ideal for walking and exploring on foot.
My property does not accommodate packages, mail, or deliveries for short-term rental guests. For mail or packages, kindly utilize the nearest Canada Post office or Penguin Pickup location.
Regarding food delivery, please arrange to meet the person outside the front entrance. If your stay exceeds 4 months, please inquire before booking as I may be able to register you with the building.

NEIGHBOURHOOD HIGHLIGHTS:
This neighbourhood originated during the European Settlement and marked the intersection of prominent trails and trade routes. It is close to the Junction Neighbourhood, Roncesvalles Village, Bloor West Village and High Park.
To many, this is the best neighbourhood in the city. Filled with unique boutiques, restaurants, bars, wellness centres and the largest park in the city! You can also go shopping at the Stockyards, an outdoor shopping centre. This neighbourhood is one of the most historic neighbourhoods in Toronto and used to be a manufacturing community.
The neighbourhood is walkable and a 10 minute walk to the TTC subway station and the UP EXPRESS that takes you from Pearson Airport all the way downtown to Union Station. Conveniently located for all types of travellers!
