We are here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival and self check-out upon departure. We are happy to assist via phone or through your booking app before, during or after your stay.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.
Regis is a neighborhood in north Denver, Colorado with a population of 7,846. Regis offers residents a sparse suburban feel with easy access to downtown Denver and all the city has to offer. The neighborhood boasts plenty of of hip bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Many young professionals live in the area.

Both of these homes were designed and built to minimize noise between the units. It is HIGHLY unlikely you will be able to hear the adjacent unit but please be respectful and keep noise to a reasonable level, especially after 10:00 pm.

Both homes feature a king-bed master suite with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet, while the second and third bedrooms connect through a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. On the lower level, basements double as flexible lounge areas with queen sleeper sofas and Smart TVs, creating a cozy spot for movie nights or late-night conversations.

Step into over 2,300 square feet in each home, where open layouts and high ceilings create an airy feel. The main living areas are designed for togetherness, with fully equipped kitchens offering stainless steel appliances, central islands, and large dining tables perfect for leisurely brunches or celebratory dinners. Living rooms feature plush furnishings and 65" Smart TVs, while finished basements add game rooms, extra seating, and quiet corners when a little privacy is needed.

Each home opens to a private fenced backyard, where you can enjoy the Colorado sunshine in comfort. A connecting gate between the two yards allows groups to flow freely or close it for privacy when desired.
