Enjoy the landscape view in a secured building, located just blocks from the KFC Yum! Center, Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts, Muhammad Ali Center, Louisville Slugger Museum, 4th Street Live, Evans Williams Bourbon Distillery, 21c Hotel, 8up, Proof on Main and many others! The building is also walking distance to the Ohio River waterfront where you can enjoy a picnic and/or a breezy jog. You're only 10 minutes away from Historic Churchill Downs.
The dishwasher, microwave, kitchen appliances, fully-equipped espresso maker, coffee, iron, ironing board, printer, hairdryer, linen, towels, toiletries, and cookware are in the loft. And contact-less entry.

Cabs and UBERs frequent the area and are readily available at your service. In addition, the city trolly and bus stops in front of the building. Metered parking is available on the street (space is always available). It is 25 cents for every 20 mins (2 hour refills required) ). Across the street from the GlassWorks building is a parking garage for public use for a fee. All parking west of 9th street is free.

Beds: The loft has two queen-sized electrical Murphy beds. (luxury foam mattresses).

Parking:
Street parking is free after 5:00 pm and free on weekends. Metered parking is 10:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday. On the west side of the building is a $5 daily parking lot. One block west of the building unlimited free parking. Right across the street from the loft is a public parking garage - daily cost ranges from $12-$16 daily. UBER transportation in Louisville is fairly low and reasonable. A trolly and a bus stop is located in front of the building.
