This Fabulous Duplex Home sits in a quiet community nestled on Mobile Bay, 18 miles away from the hustle and bustle of the beach, and 11 miles from The Tanger Outlet Mall. The Backside of the home faces the west so you can watch the Sun Set every day across the water from one of the many porches, swings, the pier, the yard, or out of the many West facing windows from inside the home. The community Boat launch is just down the road for smaller craft, then park the boat on your private pier (there is NO boat lift at this property. Larger boats must launch at Nolte's Creek Marina Apx. 2 miles).
Monet On The Bay II is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Home. The Great Room encompasses the fully stocked Kitchen, Dining Area, and the Living Area with a Sleeper Sofa. Right off the Kitchen area on one side is the Large Screened-in Porch with a dining set, seating 6 to enjoy your meals while basking in the Bay. Off the other side is the Main Deck that adjoins the two homes and where the Hot Tub sits. The Large Primary Suite contains a King Size Bed, A Sitting Area, and a Private Full Bathroom. Guest Bedroom #1 holds a Queen Size bed. Guest Bedroom #3 provides 2 Twin over Full Bunk Beds for all the kiddos! These two bedrooms share the Full Guest Bathroom (tub only, now shower) with a Jetted Tub/ Shower combo located just off the Living Area. If you need more space, the entire Duplex can be rented- Monet On The Bay.
**All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.
