Enjoy all the comforts of home in this spacious 3 bed / 2.5 bath home surrounded by nature on a private acre. There is nothing like relaxing in the light adorned family room in front of the stone fireplace with vaulted wood beam ceilings while enjoying the majestic views of the forest. The open floor plan is conducive to enjoying family and friends while cooking and eating. Smart TV in livingroom w/FireStick so you can stream using your own accounts. (no cable or sattelite TV avail)
You will have everything you need to make a special meal in this well equipped kitchen which features a stainless steel fridge, stove/oven, microwave and beautiful granite counter tops. If you enjoy grilling, you will also find a grill located outside on the large deck located right off the family room. The massive deck also features your own private hot tub- the perfect way to unwind after a day adventuring. The main floor features the primary bedroom and en-suite bathroom also inside of closet in primary room you will find a twin bed. Enjoy the steam shower in the primary bath after a hard day of play. The upstairs loft has a futon mattress (no frame) as well as a twin mattress. Downstairs you will find 2 bedrooms (both with queen beds) and one shared bath recently updated with new tile and granite counter tops. There is a washer/ dryer within the home and a 2 car attached garage to keep you and your vehicle out of the elements.
This home is located just 12 miles away from the lifts at the Winter Park Resort (skiing, mountain biking, ice skating, alpine slide depending on season) and is very close to National Forest access and Devil's Thumb Ranch (cross country skiing, dining, horseback riding, fly fishing depending on season). You will find Ski Granby Ranch just under 15 miles away and Grand Lake (snowmobiling, boating) just 30 miles away.
The swimming pool and gym are just 7.1 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 5.4 miles away at Fraser the town of Fraser.
