Our home is a gorgeous two-story build in hip East Nashville. This four-bedroom beauty has plenty of space for you to spread out and enjoy your vacation. The home is accompanied by a very large front and backyard perfect for large family gatherings and activities. The main floor is also spacious with sleek new appliances. Our mattresses are super comfy and will be perfect after a long night. We are conveniently located near the Music City Convention Center, Nissan Stadium, and Bridgestone Arena.
The space
The house is multiple levels with ample bedding for large groups and families. It sits on a sizable piece of land just outside of the city which is very rare. The kitchen has all steel appliances and is stocked with basic cooking supplies, dishes, and a coffee maker. The living room is warm and cozy with a floating flatscreen TV over the mantle.

Summary: When we arrived at the property, we thought the house was abandoned because that’s just how overgrown the lawn and landscaping was. The trees on the side of the house were overtaking the entrance, and the grass was long. Upon walking into the house, there was a stale smell that gave the impression that the house had been closed up for a long time. This felt weird and made it feel as if no one had been in to clean in a while. We had to purchase air freshener and spray it around to get rid of the scent. The side porch was not usable as there were spider webs under the chairs and the screens were ripped. I also found it odd that the listing leaves out how close the house is to a major road which emergency vehicles can often be heard going up and down.
