Layout:
This modern, yet ultra cozy home is one level and features three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The first bedroom has two full over full bunk beds, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a king. The first and second bathrooms each have a walk in shower, and the third bathroom has a tub/shower combination. There is a charming patio off of the main living area, a fully stocked kitchen of supplies/utensils, and a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Parking:
Please park in the assigned space for the unit. There is one space available.Additional parking is available on the weekends. See the digital guidebook or ask our guest relations team for more details.
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.
