Summary: Being a basement apartment one could hear the jumping of children from the owners unit above. The shower wasn't draining which flooded the bathroom when my son took a shower. I told owner and she didn't know what to do. I asked for some tools and took apart the drain pulling lots of hair out. Owner said it never happened before. I doubt it. Shower then drained properly.
