LIVING AREA
The vaulted ceilings and wall of windows give an air of serenity to the living room, brimming with natural light. Stretch out on a sectional and armchairs for a movie night on the 75” TV.
KITCHEN & DINING
Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and elegant cabinetry complete the exquisite kitchen. Concoct a coastal delicacy on the electric range while your vino chills in the wine fridge.

BED & BATH
The primary bedroom features a king bed, 55” TV, and en-suite bath with a granite double vanity and walk-in shower.
The second bedroom is equipped with a king bed and 32” TV. The third bedroom is furnished with two twin-over-full bunk beds and a 32” TV. The second bath has a tub/shower combination.
On the ground floor, the private fourth bedroom has a separate entry (accessible by five steps), two queen beds, and a living area with a couch, two armchairs, and a 55' TV. Enjoy direct access to the patio area and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.
OUTDOOR AREA
After a morning on the Gulf, moor your boat to the private dock and clean your catch at the fish station. While your filets sizzle on the grill, take an indulgent soak in the hot tub. The covered patio offers ample social space with a four-person table and five Adirondack chairs.
