This home features one level living. It has a large kitchen with a big island and has enough room for several cooks to prepare your next meal together. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook wonderful meals for your group. The dining table seats 6 people, and the bar seats another 5 people. The Living Room features a 75" smart television, cushy chairs and an extra large couch. There is an outside BBQ Grill on the patio. The master bedroom has a king bed with 50" TV and an ensuite private bathroom with an extra large tub and separate large shower. The second bedroom has a comfortable king bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full and a twin bed above. There is also an adjacent full bathroom with tub/shower combo in the hallway which is convenient for the 2 bedrooms and also everyone in the great room area. The laundry facilities are also on the main level. There are large mirrors in a couple of the rooms. The new neighborhood features a community Pickleball court and there are rackets and balls in the home to use. Just a block away is a brand-new Lee's Market, a Utah favorite local owned grocery store.

CANCELLATION : Travel insurance is highly recommended to offset any losses. Should Tenant wish to cancel this agreement, notice of cancellation must be in writing and mailedor e-mailed to Lodging Manager. It is Tenants responsibility to verify receipt by Lodging Manager. If cancellation is received more than sixty (60) days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund the sums paid, less a $30 cancellation fee. If the notice of cancellation is received within 30 to 59 days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund 50% of the rental rate. If the notice of cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to check-in date, Tenant will forfeit the all rent sums paid.
