Positive: The location couldn't be beat, we could see and hear the crashing waves from our Lanai patio or even inside our unit! The AC was potent and could be controlled by zone. Also within walking distance of a bunch of bars and restaurants in downtown Kona as well as several ABC stores! Overall an amazing place to stay!
Negative: The hot tub was a bit small and chlorine-y. The pool was big and very nice though!
Summary: Beautiful oceanside oasis!
