The newest vacation rental in South Georgia! Come retreat to the luxury and beauty of the Red River Estate. Unforgettable memories will be made here!
We can host up to 22 of your family or guests here at the estate. (Our base rate is 850$ a night for up to 4 people. Each additional guest will be charged 65$ a night person). We have the most amazing heated and cooled beach walk in pool (only during certain weather), hot tub, 4 ponds, and fishing dock and many more amenities. If your looking for the perfect place to relax with all of your friends or family this is the place to be!
The space
When you drive up to the Estate you will see there is tons of paved options for parking. It will be convenient for you to park on the left/rear side of the house because the door with the code lock is on the back porch.
We have an electronic coded lock for your convenience.
Once inside you are welcome to use any door for loading and unloading luggage.
SLEEPING: This home can sleep a maximum of 22 people!
-First, there are 5 bedrooms that will sleep a total of 10 people.
-Secondly there is a QUEEN size bunk area that sleeps 8.
-Finally we have 2 incredibly comfortable pull out sofa beds...so 4 more spots.

TV: This property has a smart tv , so you have access to yours apps for all your streaming needs. If we don't currently have an app that you need for streaming feel free to download it. Just remember to sign out of your accounts before you leave!

Pool is heated and cooled for the perfect swimming experience (please not the pool cannot be heated if the temperature outside falls below 50 degrees) It takes 3 days for us to heat the pool up. If we can heat it for you we will.
Guest access
You have full access to the entire home and all the outdoor activities! You can come and go as you like and there is an electronic lock, so there is no key to keep up with!

Downstairs-
-The Southern Charm Bedroom- Master bedroom with king size bed, sitting area, 2 nightstands and sitting bench. Beautiful ensuite bathroom with barn door, soaking tub, private toilet closet and walk in shower with 2 shower heads. You will also love the private dressing room with full length mirror and salon chair.
- The Country Living Bedroom-This beautiful bedroom has queen size bed with custom built headboard, double closet, sitting area, dresser and 2 nightstands.
- The Steel Magnolias Salon Room- This room has 5 salon chairs with beautiful gold mirrors, dress hooks and a leather sofa
- The Country Living and The Steel Magnolia rooms have a bathroom conveniently located in-between the two rooms. This bathroom has a double vanity, toilet and walk in shower.
- Chefs Kitchen-This dream kitchen has 2 dishwasher's, gas stove, double oven convection, garbage disposable, 2 sinks, fridge and all the kitchen items you need to cook a big meal. The island is huge and has 5 barstools for extra seating
-Dining Room-This custom-built dining table can sit 15 of your guests comfortably.
- Laundry room- washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, steamer
- Living Room- This spacious living room host 2 seating areas. The first seating area has 2 large leather sofas with a direct sight to the gas fireplace and flat screen tv. The second seating area has a sofa and two sitting chairs. This living room is also connected to a surround sound system.
Up Stairs:
- The Cousins Loft- This area host 4 custom-built queen-size bunks with individual lights over each bed
-The Blue Heron Bedroom- This bedroom has a queen size bed with wall sconces, double closet and a built-in dresser and vanity.
-There is a full bath in between the cousin's loft and The Blue Heron Bedroom. This bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink vanity and a closet.
- The Sand Bar Bedroom- This bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with 2 nightstands and a sitting bench. This room also has an attached ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink vanity.
- The Riverbank Bedroom- This bedroom also has a queen size bed with wall sconces and 2 nightstands. The room is beautifully decorated and has a built-in dresser and vanity. The ensuite bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink vanity with plenty of closet space.
Outside:
- You will love the huge beach walk-in pool with 4 chaise loungers in the pool. The pool can be heated or cooled (if the temperature falls below 60 the pool will not be hot.
- The 8-person hot-tub will be the most relaxing part of your stay!
- We also have a full outdoor bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, washer and dryer for your pool towels.
- The screened in back porch will come in handy on those summer nights. We have 6 bistro tables on the porch, ceiling fans, outdoor shower, couch and loveseat.
-We have a portable firepit for your stay. If you would like to use the firepit please let us know in advance and we will provide wood for your stay. Please keep firepit on the driveway.
