Set directly on the Halifax River, this spacious home offers privacy and luxury for your next gathering of family and friends. You'll feel the weight of the world lift off your shoulders as you enter this luxurious riverfront paradise. Greeting you through the foyer as you enter is living room are large, sliding glass doors showcasing the shimmering waters of the Halifax River. The living room is surrounded by the second floor balcony and covered by a wooden, vaulted ceilings. Cozy furniture, a flat-screen TV, and a functioning fireplace create the perfect gathering space.
Pass through the riverfront living room to a large, formal dining room that accommodates 8 guests, allowing your whole group to dine together at one table. The breakfast nook is just off the dining room for a more informal meal. The table sits 4 without the leaf extension and 8 with the leaf. The vast, custom kitchen is right off the dining room and features a large island with a built-in oven, french door fridge/freezer, wine cooler, large gas range, pot-filler faucet, and is stocked with all the cooking necessities. The home also includes a full-size laundry room with an office space for convenience located near the kitchen. A half bathroom is located by the stairs on the first floor. All of the bedrooms in the home include flat-screen televisions. The first floor hosts one bedroom with a king bed. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower sits adjacent to the first floor bedroom.
Ascend to the second floor to discover three more luxury bedrooms. The spacious primary suite is truly a private retreat on its own hosting a king bed, flat-screen TV, and cozy lounge chair. The adjoining primary bathroom contains a double vanity and large walk-in shower encompassed by a warm, wood-paneled ceiling which includes a charming chandelier.
The two guest bedrooms upstairs are set up with a Jack-and-Jill full bathroom in-between. The first guest bedroom is modernly furnished with a queen bed while the second guest bedroom hosts a twin bunk bed as well as another twin bed. The twin bed in this room uniquely and conveniently transforms into a king bed. The full bathroom sits between and adjoins to the two guest bedrooms and includes a shower/tub combo.
Descend back down the staircase and through the living room glass doors to enter your private, riverfront backyard retreat. A sprawling deck paved with brick pavers overlooks the pristine water of the Halifax River. Artistic planters and a lux, shaded outdoor lounge area allow you to soak in the Florida sun while relaxing pool-side. The outdoor dining area includes a fireplace perfect for homemade s'mores and a glass of wine. No need to stop the pool-side fun when tummies start to growl. This home includes a luxurious outdoor kitchen. The kitchen includes an eat-in bar, sink, state-of-the-art grill, and even a mini-fridge. Venture beyond the pool deck to the dock extending over the Halifax River. This dock is perfect for everyone from fishing enthusiasts to those simply enjoying the dolphins and wildlife swimming by. Indescribably beautiful sunsets over the river every evening are the perfect way to end a day in paradise.
The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back, along with a picture of your license. Please note that even if you cancel outside of the cancellation window and receive a full refund, the "Booking Fee" is never refundable. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call. Also to note, the garage is not accessible for guest use and up to 3 vehicles can park in the driveway. There are no recreational vehicles or trailers allowed on-site but we can refer you to a secure off-site parking company if needed.
