* AC/ Heating pump Disclosure: There are mini split AC in every room, it also works as heating as well.

• Windows & Doors: Keep windows and doors closed to prevent insects and mold. Leaving them open while the AC is on may incur a fee of up to $250. Recommend AC setting is between 72-83°F.
• Quiet Hours & Parties: Excessive noise or loud music after 9:00 PM may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
• No smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited. Evidence of smoking will result in a $250 fee and may lead to eviction without a refund.
