The vibe is back on Fort Myers Beach! Our beach restoration project since Hurricane Ian has made our beach more beautiful than ever - and we can't wait to share our island home with you!
While our Fort Myers Beach community continues to rebuild from the impacts of Hurricane Ian and recent storms, and though our island paradise may look a bit different than it once did, the sun continues to shine each day and bring with it spectacular sunsets to savor and new memories to be made. Ongoing renovations are taking place throughout Fort Myers Beach, many local shops and restaurants continue to reopen and welcome your support with a visit to our area!
This charming beach apartment is has been newly remodeled in a fresh, coastal style, with an attention to detail and design you are sure to appreciate.
The owner is having a pool built for this home. As of 8/1/2025 the pool construction is in the permitting stages and a construction start and completion date has not yet been confirmed. The current estimation for the for the pool construction and completion is between 9/1/2025-March 30, 2026 and is subject to change.
Rental rates during the pool construction period have been reduced to compensate for the pool construction. The beach is a short walking distance for your enjoyment.
The lovely decorated and appointed apartment is located on the ground floor of a privately owned home on Fort Myers Beach (a year-round tenant occupies the upstairs apartment.) Just a short walk to the beautiful Gulf, the home is located mid island - away from the hustle bustle, but close enough to the Times Square area when you want to be.
In this beach getaway you will enjoy:

An outdoor patio area, reserved for the exclusive use of the vacation rental guests, includes seating, dining, and a gas grill. The purchase of propane, if needed, is the responsibility of the guest. (Please note, there is a staircase near the patio area leading to the upstairs apartment that may be used by the upstairs tenant.)

The public beach access is a few minutes walk to the west of the house to Connecticut Street. There you will find the Gulf, where you can sun, play, swim, enjoy sunrise runs along the beach, and dazzling sunsets at night.
When you aren't at the beach, you are close to local bars, restaurants, and boat/water sport rentals. You can visit the popular Times Square, Bayside Park and Margaritaville's Sunset Terrace - great for live music and people watching. In addition the island has a Publix grocery store, CVS pharmacy, and 7-11 convenience store/gas station.
Seasonally, you can take the Island's Beach Trolley (when available,) day or sunset cruises, fishing charters, parasailing, kayaking, paddle boarding & jet skiing, numerous restaurants, happy hours and entertainment venues. Don't forget the day ferry excursions to Key West, and travels to the Everglades!
Drive south off the island to Lover's Key State Park, Bonita Springs, and Naples; north off the island you'll find the pristine beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Island; you'll also want to visit the newly revitalized downtown Fort Myers - a great spot for dining and nightlife. Fort Myers is also home to the Spring Training facilities of the Minnesota Twins and the Boston Red Sox.
