This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located in a gated and secure, oceanfront resort. The decor was designed with your comfort in mind. Wifi, linens, towels, drinking water, electricity, and air conditioning are all included in the price as well as 3 times per week maid service. Our kitchen is fully equipped for cooking in. Enjoy your meals on our large terrace that overlooks the pool and tropical gardens, or choose from 2 oceanfront restaurants just a short walk from the condo and in the resort.
The resort has many amenities including private beach, tennis, basketball, Spa, world class Gym, several pools, playgrounds for kids, Ocean Village Club House and Ocean Village Laguna.
The gym day pass is 400 pesos ($8.00); weekly pass is 1,500 pesos ($30.00); monthly pass is 2,500 pesos ($50.00).
Day passes to the Ocean Village Club House include use of the water park, swimming pools and children’s playground.
The price is 400 pesos ($8.00) for adults and 150 pesos ($3.00) for kids. Summary: The location it's perfect, it has lots of places to go to from here, I have been going to Sosua for many years and this is one by far the best so far. The entire complex I would say it's 85% finished. The only thing I didn't like it's the local water...it's what we call it "Salobre" it's a combination of sea water and fresh water, it just gives you a bad taste when brushing your teeth, don't think about cooking with it. Bottle water will just do. Overall love the place, I am definitely going back, and letting my family know so they can plan their vacation and stay at Sosua Ocean Village.
