It's close to everything: transport, restaurants and bars, stores... it's one of the liveliest and most cosmopolitan neighborhoods in Paris!
The apartment is absolutely quiet and cool and bright in summer.
Sleeping up to 4 people, it's ideal for a family or a group of friends.

Sleeping 4 people, this bright apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and will make you feel at home. It is located on the 3rd floor without elevator and is composed of a bedroom with 1 double bed, a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining room and a beautiful living room with a sofa bed.
You will have everything at your disposal to spend an excellent stay: Wifi, Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Heating, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Refrigerator, Microwave, Oven, Iron, etc.
Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.
You will be very well served by public transport to stroll around the city and its surroundings, namely the Gare Montparnasse which is 4 minutes walk from the apartment.
The apartment is ideally located near several historical sites such as the tombs of Sarte, Man Ray, not far from the Atlantic Garden and near the Catacombs of Paris.
You will find several sites of interest close to the apartment such as: the Cimetière du Montparnasse 9 min walk, the Fondation Cartier pour l'art contemporain 15 min, the Jardin du Luxembourg 16 min, the Musée de la Libération de Paris 14 min,
