Nestled on the side of Arthur’s Seat Park, with access to all that the Peninsula has to offer, Nourish Your Soul Retreats & Stays has been designed for intimate & boutique luxury for wellness, creative, spiritual and business retreats.
Featuring a stunning Yoga & meditation space overlooking Port Phillip Bay; Art Studio / workshop area with tables/chairs/whiteboard.
Located an hour from the heart of Melbourne, Nourish Your Soul has four bedrooms and caters for 8 guests plus retreat leader.
The space
Set amidst a magical bush & landscaped gardens overlooking Port Phillip Bay… our boutique retreat space in McCrae along Melbourne’s Mornington Peninsula is the perfect place to relax, unwind and be nourished.
Coach, healer, or business entrepreneur, our yoga & meditation studio is both multi purpose and functional. With all props supplied, you have everything you need to create nourishing meditation and yoga classes for up to 12.
The studio can also be used for women’s circles or breakout spaces for a business retreat.

Treatment Room
What’s a retreat without a little pampering?
Nourish Your Soul has a designated treatment room where you can offer your guests that extra special nourishment.
If running a one day retreat; you can utilise the bedrooms to have up to 4 treatment spaces running at the once.
Organise your own practitioners, or we can suggest local providers for massages, facials and healing sessions like reiki & chakra balancing.

● Master Bedroom with garden views and ensuite (Walk in shower and bath) can be configured as a King, or 2 single beds
● Two bedrooms with shared hallway bath & separate powder room offer two queens each (allowing for double, triple or quadruple occupancy with shared bed)
● Private Bedroom with ensuite and bay views - can be configured as a King, or 2 single beds
● Roll away bed can be provided upon request for the retreat leader in the yoga studio; noting a maximum 12 occupants
Outdoors
Spend an afternoon lazing in our gardens, in our hanging egg chair, out on the balcony overlooking the bay, or in the spa.
We have a BBQ area and a ceremonial fire pit area; plus vast manicured gardens and fruit trees.

Situated on a hill just below the Arthurs Seat State Park. The backyard, front deck and living areas all have lovely views to it and the bay. Close to beach and the bush, with birdlife abundant in the trees surrounding the property and kangaroos, wallabies and a host of other native wildlife prevalent in the area.

More About Our Home:
Gardens
Beautiful native gardens surround the property featuring meandering paths through the large front garden which sits below the house.
The backyard is separated into 2 main areas - An upper grassed area that runs the width of the property to the outdoor spa (that has bay / bush views while sitting in it!) and a lower stone native garden with fire pit below.
Spa - Outdoor
An outdoor spa (fully glass fenced) sits in a prime position in the backyard, overlooking the gardens to the Bay in one direction and to the Arthurs Seat Sate Park in the other. At night the view to the lights of Rosebud to Sorrento and the stars above is a feature.
KITCHEN:
The modern kitchen has an electric cooktop, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Miele dual oven, Breville Expresso coffee machine, Thermomix and enormous granite bench with seating for 6.
A butlers kitchen section sits behind the full kitchen with extra sink, microwave / appliances and storage.
Laundry / Storeroom
On the lower level beside the entrance is a large laundry and storage room with washing machine and basin sink.
BBQ area & Hanging Egg Chair
An outdoor partially covered BBQ area sits at the back deck overlooking the expansive gardens. A 4 burner BBQ is available for use.
You’ll also find a hanging egg chair; perfect for cosy-ing up with a freshly brewed coffee, the paper or a novel. Listen to the burbling water fountain, see the crimson rosellas and rest in the peace that our beautiful home offers.
Please note:
No loud music: Our home is in a quiet neighbourhood. No parties, events or loud music allowed. As part of the Mornington Council, no outdoor music after 10pm.
Our retreat space has stairs inside and out and is unfortunately not accessible for wheelchairs. No infants or toddlers.

Guest access
Guest will have access to the full house, front and back gardens, hot tub, etc.
Other things to note
Please note: Bedroom 1 is set up as a king unless requested on booking to set up as two singles.
Bedroom 4 is set up as 2 king singles unless requested to be set up as a King.
There is a rollaway cot in the yoga studio that can be used by the retreat leader.
Wellbeing & mindfulness books, oracle card decks and mindful drawing books and coloured pencils, along with board games available for your enjoyment.

This 4 Bedrooms House provides accommodation with Parking, Balcony/Terrace, Oceanfront, for your convenience. This House features many amenities for guests who want to stay for a few days, a weekend or probably a longer vacation with family, friends or group. The rental House has 4 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms to make you feel right at home.
