This apartment is a former carpenter’s workshop that has retained its industrial charm of the early 20th century.
Located on the ground floor, it opens onto a private garden in co-ownership, very quiet and green which offers an oasis of freshness during hot weather.
The living rooms include:
- a room with a double bed 160 x 200;
- another room with a single bed in height 80 x 190;
- a third bedroom with a single bed in height 90 x 200. There is also a small single bed 90 x 170 under a staircase;
- a bathroom with WC, bathtub, shower and machines;
- a fully equipped family kitchen (large hob, industrial oven, refrigerator, storage);
- a lounge area with library to relax after an intense day of strolling.
