The Space:
Ocean Bliss, an impeccably designed modern beachfront luxury villa located in Puerto Rico’s most exclusive residential community, The Bahía Beach Resort, is enclaved in the privacy of ~500 acres of lush Audubon-certified maritime forest and gardens. This terraced villa is on the ground floor of Las Ventanas II, an exclusive ocean-front residency situated only walk-out steps away from the beach and pool. Ocean Bliss guests enjoy full access to the resort amenities, which include the Beach Club, Golf Club, an 18-hole Robert Trent Jones Jr. Golf Course, Gym, Tennis Club, Lakehouse with water sports, and 483 acres of gated pristine maritime forest. Ocean Bliss is part of the Bahia Beach Refined Luxury Rental Program, which includes the daily resort fee, daily cleaning, and a 4-person golf cart.
PLEASE NOTE: Guests will not have access to the St. Regis Hotel that is located within the Bahia Beach Resort.
LIVING AREAS
Its open-concept floor plan seamlessly connects the fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room with an adjacent terrace and private garden overlooking a spectacular view of tropical landscaping and the ocean. The living room boasts modern decor, ocean views, and a large flat-screen TV. The dining room has a 6-person dining table and is adjacent to the kitchen, with a breakfast bar with seating for 3.
TERRACE
The centerpiece of Ocean Bliss is an expansive terrace that is steps away from the beach and pool. The terrace has seating for 6 adults and seamlessly connects to the living and dining room.
KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for entertaining with it’s high end appliances, European finish, and open layout overlooking the dining room and living room.
BEDROOMS
The 1,800+ sq ft floor plan includes a large master bedroom with a king-size bed, a large walk-in closet, a flat-screen TV, and en suite facilities with a shower, Jacuzzi tub, and double sink. Walk out of the master bedroom onto the private garden and terrace to enjoy the views and vibrant sounds of the ocean, or walk a few steps to the beach.
The second bedroom has two full beds, a walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom. There is a third additional full bathroom opposite the kitchen. The terrace has a private garden, a dining table for 6, an additional 3-seat multi-use table, and a new gas grill with utensils and extra propane. The villa comfortably sleeps six adults.
PACK AND PLAY (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY):
We can leave a complimentary Pack and Play at the property upon request. This should be requested upon booking or no later than 5 days before arrival. Pack and Plays are subject to availability.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES
Additional amenities include two adjacent private parking spaces and a four-seat golf cart with its own parking space. Broadband internet, cable, three large smart TVs, modern appliances, two new 4-ton HVAC systems, and a private residential backup generator all contribute to a personalized, relaxing, stress-free experience for your stay. The villa has an ideal location to enjoy the Resort’s privacy and tranquility, surrounded by a manicured tropical landscape and the sights and sounds of nature.

Ocean Blissincludes the daily resort fee so guests can enjoy full access to all resort amenities. Situated on 483 gated acres of lush maritime forest on Puerto Rico’s idyllic Northeast coast, Bahia Beach offers an unparalleled tropical experience. Bahia is a place where elegance and unspoiled natural beauty coexist in total harmony. It is a place that provides bliss and adventure in equal measure. Amenities include:
Beach Club: With a full restaurant, 2 bars, 2 pools, and a 2-mile beach, the Bahia Beach Club is second to none on the island.
Golf Club: Guests enjoy complimentary use of the Golf practice facilities and preferred rates for the Robert Trent Jones Jr. 18-hole golf course.
Tennis Club: There are 4 hard courts available for use at no additional cost.
Full Gym: Brand new, top-of-the-line gym facilities are available 7 days a week.
Beach watersports: The beach water sports facilities offer classes and rentals for surfing, windsurfing, and kitesurfing.
Lake watersports: Kids and adults love the lakehouse at Bahia Beach, which offers complimentary use of kayaks, paddleboards, and a super fun inflatable adventure park.
Access to the Bahia Beach Resort's restaurants: Bahia Beach Resort Beach Club Restaurant, El Cocoteros Grill & Seagrapes Restaurant at the St. Regis Hotel (on a first come first serve basis).
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, especially during the peak months of Hurricane Season, which are July to October. Travel insurance is inexpensive and will reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, this will depend on what the coverage purchased covers. Check-in time is at 4:00pm
Check-out time is at 11:00am
Smoking is strictly prohibited. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.
All bookings are contingent on signing a short term rental agreement that will be sent via email. It must be signed within 48 hours of booking or before entering the property, whichever happens first.
Maximum occupancy of 4 adults/children
Max. occupancy is strictly enforced and exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of booking or being expelled from the property.
Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am, no parties or noisy activities during these hours
Subletting not allowed
Do not hang towels from balconies or windows
