Inside the home you will find a beautiful, open living room and updated kitchen with fantastic views of the Sound. The private balcony just off the living room is perfect for outdoor meals, morning coffee, or just listening to the waves. Also on the main floor is a queen bedroom, a full bathroom, and an open bunk room area. Upstairs on the third level you will find three more bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary suite is absolutely gorgeous with a huge updated en suite, comfortable king bed, and private balcony overlooking the Sound.
There is plenty of parking available for 4 vehicles in the 2 driveways (street parking not allowed). The huge oversized garage can also be used for parking or storing all of your beach gear and toys. There is a full size ping pong table and a propane grill. Walk out back and there is access to the Sound just steps away.
