Four bedrooms/3..5 baths. Great home! Just off the beach with nice large bedrooms. Reverse living with family room located on the lower living floor. New Interior paint throughout whole house, new kitchen quartz countertops and new stainless steel appliances. All new wooden slat blinds. New Hardwood in kitchen, baths and family/dining area on Upper floor. A third queen bed is a high-end blow up mattress located in lower living room.
NO smoking in the house and no pets permitted either.
Guests are restricted from charging Electric Vehicles at this property.
CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: Please note, all guests must agree/complete a Rental Agreement within 48 hrs. or reservation being made.
