Location! Location! Location! We are located oceanfront in a 52 acre gated resort next door to the Hilton Sandestin resort on the west. Topsail Hill Preserve State Park is on the east.

There is 10 ft ceilings with floor to ceiling glass on two sides allowing you to see from the beach all the way to the bay side.
