Listed to the ocean waves from the outdoor pool with kiddie pool nestled up against the sand dunes. Enjoy the courtyard outdoor pool and the beautiful, year-round heated indoor pool, directly in front of the condo and steps from your front door. The fitness center is located in the indoor pool building as well. Several oceanside grilling areas are scattered throughout the spacious grounds. The tennis courts are open for some fun and lit up after dark. If you're looking for the perfect location on Emerald Isle, Pebble Beach is it!
The Emerald Isle Bike Path is located right at the entrance to the community for a quick bike ride to town or a few minute walk to restaurants, the ice cream and candy shop, water park, grocery stores, and mini-golf! We have included two adult bicycles for your use!
This newly renovated top to bottom, 2 bedroom 2 bath, second floor condo has an open floor plan and many updates! The main bedroom has vaulted ceilings, a queen bed and a twin daybed. A spiral staircase leads you up to the second bedroom loft with vaulted ceilings, a king bed, a full bed and a full attached bath. See the stars at night through the skylight in this bedroom!
The family room has vaulted ceilings, a variety of games for family fun, books for beach reading and double slider doors to your large private balcony. Relax on the balcony with your morning coffee and views of the beautiful pool and serene courtyard.
The fully equipped, updated kitchen has granite countertops, peninsula seating, a Keurig coffee maker with K-cups and every gadget you could need for enjoying a great meal! Ceiling fans and smart TVs are in every room for your convenience. A washer and dryer is included for your use as well.
We have a variety of beach items available for you, including a beach wagon, beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, bikes and more.
