Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Great Location near John Wayne Airport within proximity to Costa Mesa and other sites. The area felt safe, clean, and well maintained. Basic Groceries and several restaurants were right there. The owner was helpful and responsive. The accommodation itself was clean and quite well equipped.
Negative: Security staff was inconsistent with demands on ID. (Some were quite friendly and helpful, but one who may have been new and nervous about getting everything just so, was less friendly and demanding on scanning the ID of each member of our group when we were coming in with our hands full of grocery bags/ bottled water..)
Summary: Great place, has everything you could need. Would recommend
