As you first enter Mer Vue, you are greeted by the gentle sound of water cascading at the entrance; and as you reach the top of the staircase, you will be awe-struck by the 180-degree sweeping ocean view, from Bass-Strait to Port Phillip Bay. Meticulously designed, this beautiful modern home features inviting decor in a spacious layout and a family cinema room. Upstairs you’ll find the main bedroom, just off the open planned living area and main outdoor entertainment area. While downstairs you’ll find the other bedrooms, a second living room, an outside deck to the garden and the laundry. At a short distance from Rosebud Pier – is the perfect blend of beauty and practicality.
Aside from the Bayview golf course, tennis courts, and the Red Hill mountain biking course, do take out some time exploring the national park just a few meters away, where you will find a natural water reserve, accompanied by Kangaroos and Wallabies. Keep a lookout, as if you are truly lucky, nature may surprise you with an Echidna or even a Koala.

- There are internal stairs inside the house to the master bedroom
- Separate entry door for the first and second floors
- Stairs connecting bottom to top floor are external
- Please keep the noise level to a minimum between 10pm and 8am for neighbours. Excessive noise could lead to an on-the-spot AUD500 fine and/or eviction from the property.
- The outdoor blind is currently under repair.
